For instance, there was a noise if you choose certain type of rooms, which you are not aware of while booking the room. The staff though did its best to swap the room. The other major issue that on the website it is announced that the breakfast is inclusive, but when you book the confirmation came without breakfast and you had to pay additionally in case you opt for breakfast. It would be good...

"Booked this hotel for 1 night guven the giid reviews however couldnt have been more disappointed. Arrived late and the receptionist did not even greet us. The room was very small, no aircon, no water, no fridge, no kettle yet they charge premium prices. Went to use the shower and the shower head fell off. Also had bugs on bed. The place needs a better upkeep. Breakfast is only serviced between 10am and 12 noon. Went down for a coffee at 9.59 and the boy told me to get out as they were not open....
