Cute house, but not so well equipped
The house is in a very quiet place, surrounded by trees in the middle of nowhere - perfect to relax! We had more than enough space for 2 couples, and the check-in process was also very smooth (with a key code). Unfortunately, the dishwasher wasn't working properly (totally calcified), the wifi was not very reliable and also the kitchen was not well equipped for proper cooking. Overall a nice place with a few small downsides.

Casa san Tord
Good size house, good patio areas and decent pool, but the house is in need of tlc. As per previous reviews, limited cooking equipment, no WiFi, TV doesn't work without the WiFi, dishwasher doesn't work. Threat of €150 fine if any rubbish is left at the house, but no info given on local refuse collection or recycling points. When we arrived a handle had fallen off a door and several lights weren't working properly. 4 days later someone came to fix the door, but not the lights or WiFi. A good location for exploring NE Mallorca. We wouldn't re book this house though.

Private, nice pool, not equipped well
Was not provided any cleaning tabs but expected to leave dishes clean. Poor communication and zero assistance from property management. You have to pack all of your garbage out or they threaten you with a fine. Wifi sucks unless you’re right beside it. TV didn’t work. One garbage bag provided. It’s beautiful and peaceful otherwise. the island is awesome.

The location in the country is very pleasant and comfortable for 6 pax The service is very good. I recommend the villa and the company that rents the house. People are professional and very kind You might invest in higher quality of mattresses. You ll make the difference for long stays

Schönes Haus mit Pool in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus an sich hat uns gefallen, ebenso der Salzwasser-Pool. Leider etwas schattig gelegen, was im Sommer sicher sehr vorteilhaft ist, da es hier dann nicht so heiß ist. Die Außendusche ist klasse - mit warmem Wasser! Kleine Mängel wurden sehr zeitnah behoben. Man hat sich gekümmert. Die Küchenausstattung könnte teilweise erneuert werden: Pfannen und Töpfe sowie einige andere Dinge sind reif für den Müll, ebenso die Sets für den Tisch. Der Grill müsste auch dringend ausgetauscht werden, ebenso die stockfleckigen Stuhlkissen für die Terrasse. Für die Glastische wäre eine Tischdecke schön oder neue Sets. Wlan hat leider nur am ersten Tag funktioniert. Die Waschtisch-Armaturen spritzen in alle Richtungen, müssten mal überprüft werden und ein Duschkopf erneuert. Die Sprinkleranlage setzte jeden Morgen den gesamten Außenbereich unter Wasser. Im Sommer evtl. nötig. Im frühen Herbst und bei gelegentlichem Regen wird alles zu nass und der Weg zum Pool ist dann matschig und die Terrasse ist dann ebenfalls zu nass. Ein bisschen mehr Pflege und alles wäre großartig!

Maison avec avec une climatisation Qui ne fonctionne que la nuit ce qui n’était pas précisé dans l’annonce. Clim qui n’a jamais fonctionné dans la grande chambre et qui a fonctionné 4 jours dans les 2 chambres. La cuisine n’est pas du tout équipé 2 saladiers dont un en plastique et des verres tous opaques, le Lave vaisselle est peu efficace. Je me suis fais une entorse dans les escaliers et nous avons eu du retard pour rendre la maison j’ai reçu un message peut empathique me disant que l’agence aller appeler la police….

Familienurlaub in der Natur
Die Villa son Tord liegt in einer traumhaft ruhigen Lage, mitten in der Natur und bietet alles, was eine fünf- bis sechsköpfige Familie für einen tollen Sommerurlaub braucht. Wir hätten gerne einen Sonnenschirm gehabt, allerdings waren beide Ständer defekt. Einer der Terassenstühle war kaputt und nicht mehr brauchbar. Bei dem Preis für die Villa hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass man sich nach Meldung der Schäden am ersten Tag um die Lösung der Probleme gekümmert hätte .

Buena en general, con alguna cuestión mejorable
Hemos estado muy a gusto en general, pero sobre todo nos ha gustado la profesionalidad del jardinero. Está muy bien todo el tema de la digitalización, pero al entrar en la casa sería mejorbque hubiera alguien para enseñarla y explicarnel funcionamiento básico de las cosas. Por otro lado, hay una desproporción muy grande entre la hora de entrada el día de llegada (17:00) y la de salida el día de partida (10:00).

Perfect holiday in Arta
We had a perfect holiday in this beautiful villa and lovely surroundings. Upon arrival we noticed that the swimming pool was not clean and the toilet upstairs was defect, but after contacting Easy Villas they immediately sent someone to fix this in one day. Halfway the week we wanted to use the washing machine and this also seemed defect. We contacted Easy Villas again but didn't get a feedback on this. Nevertheless this could not spoil our fantastic holiday in this lovely house with the nice garden. Anything else was available in the house like iron, hairdryer, ironing board, cleaning supplies, etc We definitely will book again via the VRBO website. Kind regards from Belgium
