"A very cozy place to stay especially if you’re interested in skiing because the hotel is very close to ski area. The only thing we didn’t like was room temperature. It was quite cold. Otherwise the hotel and staff were very nice. Food was delicious. "

"The room had a very pungent odor and we had request to change it. But the staff was very reluctant to do so. Overall it was probably the worst hotel I stayed in years. Everything is either broken or dysfunctional and when you ask for replacement the staff attitude is very aggressive. "

"We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. "I property was good. Their restaurant was delicious. I probably would stay at a ski on and off place next time. They did have a shuttle but is off duty 11:30am and went adjusting to time change getting out early is rough. Does have beautiful view of surrounding mountains. "

"WE had a lovely stay at Good Aura. They were very accommodating with any of our requests and made the ski rental, check-in, transport to ski lift super easy. We chose to eat dinner at the hotel 3 or the 4 nights because we enjoyed the home cooked meals and it was very convenient to stay in the cozy hotel and eat and drink after a long day of skiing. "The dining room and terrace of the hotel is breathtaking by having wide views of mountains. Staff at reception are great: always polite and smiling. Rooms and other areas seem stylish in design but there are some problems. First: lack of sound isolation is disturbing.
