This spacious, light-filled house is perfect for vacations with family or friends.
It measures 122 square meters, has four bedrooms with plenty of storage space and can accommodate up to 8 people.
You'll love its location, close to all amenities.

Bright with two terraces, it includes:
- 4 bedrooms, one on a mezzanine, with 3 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 cot,
- a fully equipped kitchen,
- 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub,
- and a lounge area to relax after a day of walking.

The following facilities are at your disposal: parking, wi-fi, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, oven, microwave, TV, washing machine, fridge, plancha, etc.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

One of the house's assets is its location. It is located in the village of Ars-en-Ré, 100 m from a mini-market and close to a bus stop that takes you to La Rochelle train station.
It's also just a 5-minute bike ride from Ars-en-Ré's main market, the first beach is a 5-minute bike ride away, and the most beautiful beaches are 20 minutes away by bike or 10 minutes by car.

For everyday shopping, the "U Express" supermarket is just a minute's walk from the house.

There are many interesting activities to do in the area, such as visiting the Ars-en-Ré market and the Ars-en-Ré bell tower, as well as the salt marshes, which can be explored by bike. You can also visit the Baleines lighthouse, a popular tourist attraction.

The Café du Commerce is an unusual place for its decorations, where you can sample local specialties.
As for sporting activities, you can paddle, kitesurf, surf or sail, as well as take a boat trip to discover the surrounding area from the sea.

Location agréable et très bien située
A l'arrivée, petite frayeur pour ouvrir le portail...mais nous avons réussi après de multiples tentatives. Deuxième observation : pas de chauffage à l'arrivée et même sur l'ile de ré au mois de février "ça caille" ! Sinon passés ces deux petits problèmes, le reste a été parfait. La maison est spacieuse pour nous 5. Les enfants ont pu profiter de la mezzanine pour lire et s'amuser et du grand jardin bien protégé. Nous avons trouvé une location confortable, propre et très bien équipée. La maison est située à une centaine de mètres d'une supérette très bien achalandée et à moins de 500m du centre bourg et de la jolie église d'Ars. Le bord de mer est situé à quelques minutes de marche. Les visites sont nombreuses et variées (phare des baleines, les marais, le port, st martin..). Un village d'artisans très intéressant est à découvrir à Loix avec une céramiste talentueuse HA , les fleurs séchées de Maéva, la savonnerie dont des savons au lait d'annesse... on ne s'ennuie pas. Excellent séjour, un peu court mais nous reviendrons. RB
