"The deluxe room is smaller than expected due to the layout of the room, but washer/dryer combo is included and located inside the bathroom (pay 1 euro for detergent). There is housekeeping. The sofa looks dirty and very stained to a point where I do not want to sit on it even with outside clothes, but the bed sheet for the sofa bed looks clean. The kitchenette is fully equipped if you want to make small meals. The water heater tank is small. If you are a party of more than 2 people, you can't...

"The communication was appalling. The phone number listed on hotels.com is wrong. I did not receive the email with the check in instructions. Once check in is done, you are supposed to receive an email with codes for the front door and the apartment door… I am still waiting for this email and I have already checked out. The phone assistance has awkward hours, the person answering is bored and answers one question at a time and you need to call back… unbelievable!"
