"I found this place to be a beautiful getaway, despite the power outage in the house (which was not the host's fault). It was truly a unique experience. The host was excellent with communication and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect for a single family. However, the bedding may not be ideal for larger family gatherings, especially with elderly members. The neighbors were incredibly kind and helpful during the outage. It was the perfect location to do these things within equal driving distance. We also enjoyed the pool and beach there plenty. The place was nice and clean. "We stayed with 15 people and never felt crowded, even when we all shared breakfast on the red house balcony. We loved the location. Everyone in Guayama was super friendly. The houses were nice—everything worked. I misunderstood the listing to mean each bedroom has a private bathroom, but only one per house does. The pool was fantastic. The property manager was fantastic. Great place. Great stay."

"Gorgeous location. We enjoyed listening to the coqui every night and venturing out to the recommended beaches during the day. Location allowed us the freedom to explore both the east and west side of the island. Lots of space making everyone comfortable, sleeping well each night."

"The stay was awesome. The studio had a little issue with the AC unit. Only house on the beach/beach view. Make sure you validate the codes before arriving. Resort is a little far from the nearest grocery, recommend stop before you get to resort. There is a small grocery in the resort a little pricy.
