"This was an excellent stay. I stayed here one night and should have stayed here the entire time I was in Napoli. Located right across the street from the Metro and Napoli Centrale Station, the trains can get you anywhere in the city and the hotspots outside the city. Great food options around also. Heavy police presence due to being directly across from a major terminal station with tens of thousands of people traveling through per day. My husband and I felt safe walking around with so many other people outside as well."

It is very close to the train station which is super convenient but some of the streets surrounding the property are a bit chaotic and dirty. But again the property itself is wonderful and a clean safe haven in a busy city. "

"We stayed in the executive room with the jacuzzi bath in the room and it was simply the best, the room was huge, the bed was super comfy and the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing the staff were so very helpful in every way and it was a gorgeous hotel, the shuttle bus was superb to get you into the city centre and back, we would highly recommend this hotel "
