Penthouse Apartment in Popular Cristian Sur Complex - 3 BR, 3 Bath, Sleeps 8/9

Cristian Sur is one of the most welcoming complexes in the South of Tenerife. It is extremely popular and ideally situated a short distance from all the amenities and beaches. The apartment is great for families, providing an ever growing selection of games (including Xbox games console), with a TV in the lounge, master bedroom, and twin room. Most UK terrestrial and popular TV channels are available, with Netflix in the lounge and twin room. We also have free WiFi! The apartment itself is very spacious, and we aim to make improvements when necessary to ensure you enjoy your stay. Los Cristianos boasts one of the best Sunday markets in the Canary Islands - only a 5 minute walk away.

The duplex property is split over two floors.

The entrance level floor comprises of a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge leading out to one of two balconies.

The sofa in the lounge converts into a double bed very easily.

The TV, Xbox and Movistar TV and WiFi combine perfectly to offer digital streaming apps such as Netflix, NowTV plus other UK catch up channels as well as Sky Sports 1 and BBC "through the aerial".
The Xbox doubles up as a DVD player as well a games console.

The Free WiFi is supported throughout the appartment.

There's also a bookshelf in the lounge containing a selection of DVDs and books to peruse during your stay.

The stairway to the upper level is situated to the left of the lounge.

Between the kitchen and the maiin lounge area lies a dining table and chairs.

The kitchen boasts most of the kitchen utilites you'd expect; a fridge / freezer, oven and hob, microwave.

Additionally, there's more than enough plates, glasses and cutlery to satisfy your needs during your stay.

To the left of the front door entrance a hallway leads to the main bathroom comprising bath, shower, toilet and wash basin.

The end of the hallway leads to two bedrooms.

To the left, the aptly named "bunk bed room" comprises a bunk bed that sleeps 2 adults plus double fitted wardrobes and drawers.

To the right, from the end of the hallway, is the main bedroom.
Inside you'll find a King Size bed, fitted double wardrobes and two sets of drawers.

The bedroom leads out to the second balcony.

The newly renovated ensuite leads off to the right comprising of shower, toilet, wash basin and bathroom cupboards.

Back in the lounge and up the stairs brings you to the upper level comprising of "upstairs bedroom" and the rooftop terrace.

The upstairs bedroom sits to the left of the stairs and has a king size bed and single bed along with double wardrobes and drawers.

An ensuite sits of the right including shower, toilet and wash basin.

The roof top terrace is the place to relax and chill or party on.

We've provided a dining table and comfortable outdoor lounging furniture for your comfort

The rooftop is extremely private.

In addition to the sink, there's also a built in BBQ.

The washing machine and "outdoor environmentally friendly dryer" are also on the rooftop.
