Beautiful modern style apartment just renovated with the highest quality materials.

Inserted in a green context, the 5000sqm residential complex welcomes you with its tree-lined avenues, flower-filled courtyards, 2 newly renovated swimming pools and fountains inserted in the greenery.

The apartment, on the first floor accessible by a flight of stairs, is 70 square meters with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower on the ground, WC and bidet. The living room with dining room and equipped kitchenette. overlooking the balcony where you can have breakfast in the morning.
A spiral staircase leads to the 60 m2 private solarium where you can sunbathe or have an aperitif at sunset.

The apartment consists of a double bedroom plus a room with two single beds which can be joined together. In the living room, a corner sofa bed can easily be transformed into a double bed.
The contemporary style kitchen is equipped with all the necessities for preparing meals. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, juicer, toaster are some of the appliances supplied.

The dining room overlooks the balcony from where you can admire the sunset.

The bathroom, with a beautiful shower with colored LEDs and rain effect to enjoy a moment of relaxation after a day at the beach or a walk on the Teide.

What a lovely place
The apartment was exactly as pictured…modern, clean and well decorated. The grounds around the complex were beautiful and well presented and the pool was spotless and lovely. Communication between us and the owner was great with lots of helpful information. Would definitely recommend.

It was very good. We explored the island with a car from this base. The landlady was caring had very good suggestions. We could relax by the pool and on the private terrace. We had all we needed. The complex has beautiful plants.

Check-in hat hervorragend funktioniert, auch Check-out. Leider waren Kochgeschirr, Besteck, Ofen und Fußboden sehr schmutzig. Geruch von Kloake auf Balkon und im Badezimmer, Fenster liessen sich teilweise nicht verriegeln. Poolzeiten leider eingeschränkt. Am Pool sollte man beim Musikhören Kopfhörer tragen, um andere nicht zu stören, aber von den Balkonen und Terrassen der Nachbarn kamen schon ab 8 Uhr morgens bis dann abends laute Geräusche vom Fernsehen und Radio. Erholung sieht anders aus. Gesamte Anlage, gerade im Bereich des Pools, macht einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck.

fin lejlighed stort set alt var iorden, dog var hoveddøren ikke tæt da listen for neden var i stykker ligeledes sluttede døren ikke tæt til i siden, hvilket gjorde at der blæste rigtig meget skidt ind.

Well equipped and clean apartment on a lovely complex which is well maintained and secure. Anthea kept in regular contact and resolved most of the issues. Only concern was that the lock on the patio door on the right hand side was not working and although reported on our first day was not repaired during our stay and this was a concern for us to leave our money and travel documents in the apartment.

A wonderful 10 days in property. Anthea was extremely helpful with a couple of problems and they were resolved very quickly. Would definately recommend this apartment. The bonus was the private solarium.

Fijne rustige locatie met fijn zwembad
Fijne rustige locatie met fijn zwembad. Altijd plek aan het zwembad, parkeren ook prima te doen. Op rij afstand van het drukke leven in Playa de Las Americas, dus ook dat is snel te bezoeken. We hebben hier een lekkere vakantie gehad.

Très bel appartement, cadre agréable.
Très bon séjour dans cet appartement, extrêmement bien équipé et confortable. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. La résidence est superbe, très bien paysagée, cadre assez enchanteur, la piscine immense, un bassin à tortues qui ravie les enfants ( les alentours directs pas très beaux cependant ). Le roof top est un vrai plus très agréable. ( compense le vis à vis de la terrasse)

A family getaway in Costa del Silencio
Clean, comfy with everything we needed, the flat was a great place to stay. We alternated days by the pool, with days going for walks. The heated pool was a massive bonus. A v good Italian restaurant in close walking distance.

Fantastic stay...
Nothing but good things to say about this superb property. Well equipped and furnished, clean and well located in a very nice complex. The rooftop terrace was a favourite place to spend time!!! Great pools. All sorts of restaurants, grocery stores and amenities within walking distance. Stay was made even better by my wonderful hosts Anthea and Paolo, who went above and beyond to make this a truly memorable first visit to Tenerife 💕... Next door neighbours Joe and Andrea (and Terry and Anne) were also a great source of local knowledge and advice... Thank you to all ... If I return to Tenerife, I know where I want to go... LOL

We stayed in this apartment as a family of four including 2 adults and 2 children of 11 and 14 years. We liked the apartement and the complex a lot. There were mainly older and very quiet people. The apartment was absolutely clean and well furnished. The rooftop terrace is a highlight. The shared pool is very big and also great for little children. We'd stay there again.

A superb place
We stayed here 22.03.19 to 30.03.19 and have to say it was wonderful. The apartment is beautifully furnished. Nice sized balcony for dining on too. It gets the sun from late morning for the rest of the day. The sun terrace is wonderful. It is private and gets tge sun from sun up until sundown. We spent a lot of time on here. The complex is outstanding, very clean and the pool is beautiful. The owner, Paolo, met us on arrival and showed us round. The village itself is very quiet but has some superb restaurants and bars only a short walk from the apartment, as are a number of supermarkets. The surrounding scenery is truly stunnung, having a rugged coastline. Easy access poibts down ti tge ocean and plenty of places to snorkel, and we did. We go to Tenerife twice a year and would say this has been the best place we have stayed yet. Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing stay. We will most definitely be back. Wunderbares Apartment und sehr herzliche Gastgeber
Wir haben unseren Urlaub (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kids) sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, komfortabel, sehr sauber und sehr gepflegt! Es fehlt an nichts - eine wunderbare Dachterrasse inkl. Liegen und Sonnenschirm, die grüne und ruhige Anlage mit tollem großen Pool, schöne Schattenplätze, auch sehr schöne Sonnenliegen am Pool - einfach sehr zu empfehlen. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig, gepflegt und grün. Es wohnen dort eher ältere Menschen, aber sie haben sich über unsere Kinder gefreut. Anthea und Paolo sind sehr, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, hatten für den Start eine super Grundausstattung in der Wohnung plus eine Flasche Wein und Bier. Sie standen uns immer mit Tipps zur Verfügung und waren über den WhatsAppChat immer direkt erreichbar. Die gesamt Abwicklung inkl. Erstattung der Kaution lief einwandfrei.

We spent 3 weeks in Paolo and Anthea’s apartment in January. The apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It was in a nice complex with good security. The pool looked lovely, but unfortunately it was too cool to swim. Paolo was very helpful with the minor issues that arose during our stay and these were quickly resolved. We spent many a pleasant hour up on the sun deck reading and enjoying the spectacular views of Mount Teide.

Es war wundervoll
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben ausgestattet. Sehr sauer, alles vorhanden und die Betten haben sehr gute Matratzen. Der große Pool ist zwar leider sehr kalt (im Winter) aber der kleiner ist beheizt. Die Anlage ist sehr sauer und ruhig. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden diese Wohnung wieder anmieten. Die Dachterrasse ist super und man hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Flugzeuge die drüber fliegen sind nicht sehr laut, also nicht störend. In der Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte, Bank, Restaurant und einen kleinen Hafen. Alles was man braucht. Die Vermieter (Anthea und Paolo) sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
