Basic apartment in poor condition
On arrival the office was closed with nobody around to greet me, give me keys and show me to my room. Subsequently, after several phone calls from me I reached someone who sent a Cleaner down to let me in, who knew nothing about my booking or the room. The room was not clean The shower was hanging off the wall and has to be repaired by me before I could use it and even then was poor temperature and pressure. Also the shower area was mouldy and metals rusty. The toilet bowl moved when sat on, this was not attached to the floor The bed was due to be a double, as requested by me upon booking. A single bed was provide which which gave whoful comfort. I had to clean the bedroom before I was comfortable sleeping in it. The oven was dirty The sink was dirty Some cupboards were dirty Some cupboards were stuffed with old disgraced leaflets and paperwork Despite being assured, there was no wifi. As I was on a working holiday this subsequently cost a small fortune in private internet bills. My big problem however, was there was nobody in the office all week. Nobody to ask for help, nobody to complain to and nobody to ask questions. I was not informed of the checking out procedure so when checking out I had no choice but to leave the keys for my apartment on the doorstep of the office (no letterbox) and hope that they reached the correct pair of hands. All in all.. poor. To finish on a positive, the pool area was great!

Schöne Anlage in unattraktiver Gegend.
Das Appartement war auf der Hinterseiter mit schöner Aussicht auf die Berge, 2 Schlafzimmer, soweit so gut. Sauberkeit ungenügend, lärmige Lage über den Restaurants, lärmiger Abluftkamin des darunter liegenden Restaurants störend. Die so gelobten Pflegeprodukte bestanden aus einem billigem Discouterduschgel. Rezeption war nie besetzt. Gute Lage für 1 wöchigen Auffenthalt und für Ausflüge auf die Insel. Schöne Poolanlage, keine schönen Strände in der Nähe.

Siamo stati ospiti di questo aparthotel per ben 9 giorni. Un viaggio con amici con scopo di visitare ed esplorare l'isola che a parer mio è veramente BELISSIMA! Abbiamo usufruito dell'appartamento soltanto per fare colazione e dormire perchè il resto del tempo siamo stati in giro per l'isola. In quel poco tempo posso dire soltanto 2 cose: 1) Niente Wi-Fi che era prevista, ma in realtà mancava. Abbiamo chiesto al responsabile che ci ha assicurato che entro domani l'avrebbe messa. In realtà non si è più visto, ne sentito. 2) Formiche!!!

Scadente alloggio reception perennemente chiusa
Siamo arrivati il 16/09/2017 per una vacanza fino al 30/09/2017 alle ore 19:45 e non ci ha accolti nessuno e la reception oltre che chiusa forse da anni alle 23:15 e decine di telefonate è arrivato un ragazzo che ci ha accompagnati in un alloggio n°13 all'interno del Parque Don Jose che a dir poco scadente male odorante senza nessuna cura e pulizia oltre tutto le lenzuola macchiate il water perdeva acqua il lavabo marcio senza luci esterne avremmo voluto scappare ma non sapevamo dove, il cosiddetto direttore che non abbiamo mai visto non rispondeva alle telefonate o si faceva negare, un vero incubo Nessuna assistenza e abbandonati a noi stessi, dopo 8 giorni qualcuno ha cambiato la biancheria ma sempre di scadente fattura ci siamo ritrovati con una brandina all'interno dell'alloggio sporca materasso lercio e male odorante non auguro a nessuno dopo aver pagato la cifra richiesta e pubblicizzato come superior un alloggio simile un vero e ripeto un vero incubo e credo anche che Expedia dovrebbe assicurarsi in qualche modo che le offerte pubblicate corrispondano a verità. Comunque non credo di ritornare in questo residence e tantomeno di raccomandarlo ad altre persone. Esperienza da cancellare molto molto deludente non vale a mio parere i soldi spesi strutture direttori assistenza cosi non avevo ancora incontrato. Spero che Expedia visto che sono cliente da anni mi faccia ricredere vigilando di più.

Agréable séjour mais dans un four
Appartement agréable mais très chaud, un four. Nous avons été obligé de dormir avec un ventilateur bruyant ne pouvant ouvrir les fenêtres, nous étions au RDC. De plus la grande piscine a été fermée pendant tout notre séjour... Sinon l'emplacement est bien et tout est propre.

Lugar tranquilo para descansar
Los apartamentos son muy silenciosos por la noche porque hay vigilancia para ello. La piscina es enorme y se está cómodo aunque haya gente. Los apartamentos son diferentes porque dependen de cada propietario. El 134 era muy bueno, tenía de todo y de calidad con una cocina renovada y mobiliario agradable. En cambio, el 13 estaba bastante "currado" y poco apetecible. La relación precio/calidad es buena. Tiene todos los servicios cercanos, pero la playa no.

El apartamento es muy acogedor
Disfrutamos muchísimo la estancia y sobre todo mi hijo. La habitación muy acogedora y con todos los enseres necesarios. La estancia muy tranquila y perfecta para descansar. Si en la noche apetecía una cenita hay varios bares muy cerca, recomiendo la pizzería y su 'Tiramisu de nutela' y hay varios supermercados alrededor. Se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando de las galletas por si queréis hacer turismo. Volveremos muy PRONTO.

Non c'è internet non c'è reception
Anche se in fase di prenotazione ci è stato detto che c'era internet quando siamo stati lì non siamo riusciti ad avere un collegamento adducendo scuse riguardo al passaggio alla fibra ottica. Non esiste reception solo un vecchietto che ti dà il suo cellulare ma se hai bisogno non risponde. La pulizia in casa ci hanno detto ogni due giorni ma in una settimana l'abbiamo vista solo una volta. La struttura è da tre stelle e si vede. Sulla costa del silenzio non c'è spiaggia

Non e' un hotel ma un appartamento in un residence con appartamenti privati Molto bella la piscina ma necessaria una macchina per spostarsi e andare in spiaggia. La sistemazione si trova in una zona tranquilla ma vicina sia a Los Cristianos che alla bella spiaggia della tejita ( 10/15 minuti di macchina). IL personale non esiste , ti consegna semplicemente le chiavi all 'arrivo.Personalmente ho avuto problemi l ' ultimo giorno con il Wi fi , senza che nessuno sia intervenuto nonostante i ripetuti solleciti telefonici Per il resto , l ' appartamento e' bello , cucina nuovissima e attrezzata ,bel bagno.
