This lovely privately owned two bed apartment to rent in the ever popular complex of the Port Royale Los Cristianos, benefits from a sunny double terrace and sea views. Situated in the middle of the complex, with easy access, the apartment is nicely located at pool level.
The apartment is very comfortably furnished, with a large L-shaped sofa / sofa bed in the living room. Full satellite (SKY) TV and wi-fi is provided.


Please take your trash-garbage-rubbish to the nearest communal bin area (Basura)


20 minutes from Airport, 15 minutes walk to Los Cristianos centre and beach. 5 mins driving to Playa de Las Americas. Las Americas and Adeje Golf courses within 5-10 minute drive.

The fresh kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, microwave etc.
A washing machine is provided.
The living area leads out to the lovely sunny double balcony. A patio table, chairs and 4 x sun beds are provided so you can stretch out in the sun and also enjoy the views down to the sea and marina!
The master bedroom has a double bed with ensuite shower / WC and patio doors to the main balcony.
The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and has a small back terrace overlooking the complex.
A family bathroom with bath and overhead shower services the 2nd bedroom.
Port Royale has its own communal pool and large sun terrace with free sunbeds. The pool is heated in winter.
The complex has it's own restaurant / bar on site (with Wi-Fi) and has a launderette.
The beach, harbour and centre of Los Cristianos are just a 15 minute stroll away. A good selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within 5 mins walk. This is definitely the more upmarket area of Los Cristianos where some of the best restaurants can be found.

Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out
