"I arrived at 7 am and the hotel accommodated my very early checkin. Room was perfectly clean and very spacious. Perfectly quiet and I was undisturbed during my whole stay. Multiple balconies was a nice bonus. Location is good. Right near the middle of town. The town itself is perfect for an escape from the big city. I stayed one night passing through Frankfurt and would certainly choose this hotel again rather than staying in the city. Barbel was very friendly and helpful at checkout. "

"The front door was hard to open. Didn't have a code and used credit card to swipe. Swipe reader didn't work properly, had to stand in the dark for quite a while to get in. Other than that it was a fantastic experience, very clean and comfortable. Washer, dryer and bicycle usage is convenient and you can walk to city center. Will definitely visit again."

"The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Television channels were lacking although coming to Bad Nauheim is more about getting around and not sitting around. If you come after 6pm, there is no one at the reception to greet you. An email will come in German and no English translation explaining how to get your key.
