We went back to same hotel a couple of days later because is close to airport and offers a shuttle. When we arrived they had all the paperwork ready to sing and they even had what we requested before waiting for us in the room. Restaurant was very good too. We'll be back if in the area."

"The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is located in San Marcos which is very close to Santiago. The bus 6A coming from Santiago's airport stops right in front of the hotel. Price of bus ticket one euro. The bus 6 which goes to Santiago starts the route right across the street. Bus ticket price also one euro. I used the hotel laundry service and just for 12 euro they did a large bag for me and delivered to my room early in the evening within the same day. Highly recommended and very good value."
