"We had an amazing time at Kedrissos. From the very start, the communication was excellent. We arrived after reception closed and they sent both an email and WhatsApp with clear instructions. "I had torn my achilles tendon just before my stay here so accessibility was an issue to some degree. No rooms had ramps or had ground floor accessibility. Other than that, the staff were great, breakfast was fantastic. Lunch was meh, dinner was really nice at the stone restaurant. My family had rented a car so we were a short 20 min drive into old town Chania which was gorgeous. "

"Overall it was great value for money and beautiful views from the balcony. Staff were welcoming. The room had good interior decor however we felt there needed to be further renovations to the hotel. "I booked 2 separate rooms believing the location was on Chania center as the map points to. But when we arrived to Chania and took a taxi, the location was much further out than we anticipated. Even right before I submitted my experience, the map still points to the center of Chania, but in all due respect, the staff were more than cordial and very helpful as they coordinated my excursions to the Samia Gorge and 3 more locations."
