"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

"We stayed at this charming apartment on our way up to Tuscany after our transatlantic flight. There was plenty of space for our three younger children (one a baby; crib provided). We were able to enjoy the sea, eat amazing pizza in town, and rest. Alessandra went above and beyond to ensure that we were welcomed and comfortable. There was a severe heat wave in Italy when we arrived and she brought us brand new fans to augment the A/C units. We had a wonderful stay, and wished we could have...

"I was late checking in but the host met me to let me in, show me around the place and make me feel like he was handing me the keys to my new home. While staying in Capodimonte I shopped at the local shops for food and essentials, explored the surrounding countryside, visited a nearby hot springs, drove around 1/2 of the lake and one of my favorite things was eating lunch at a cheese maker’s restaurant that was not only a lovely place but I was in goat cheese heaven. I highly recommend this home...
