"Checking in and out was my only issue. I waited almost 8 minutes for a staff member at the front desk. A sign saying that they stepped away and will return would be helpful if there’s no coverage. I had to use my cellphone each time to call the front desk for service. Other than that, it was a very pleasant 24 hour stay for my graduation. "
