"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. "

"Great location for the slope but note check in is not until 4pm, check out 10am. Overnight parking at a cost of €15 but worth it if it’s snowing hard. Hot water in shower a little low in the late afternoon, early evening but hotter in the morning. Very clean bedding. Heating seems to be on a intermittent cycle so room got a little chilly at times but just put a few more clothes on. In the mountains after all! "

"A had a fantastic week skiing in Arinsal and staying at Aparthotel Sant Andreu with family. Warm, clean room, great facilities with kitchenette in room allowing us to do trip on a budget. Spa in the hotel was great. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"We recently visited Andorra for an off road motorcycle competition in St. Julia and this apartment was perfect for us. We will definitely stay there again. The only concern that we had was that we really needed to have WiFi, preferably in our accommodation. It was only available in the hotel lobby and it was so slow that it barely functioned."

"Right next to the chairlift and site office, with a large variety of restaurants and ski rental shops within the building complex. The room was just sufficient for us (2 adults and 2 kids) - the room on the top floor was nice with a separate bed in the attic. Reasonably quiet, as we asked, but rather noisy from 8pm until midnight. Staff could be more friendly (though they were efficient). Ask for parking arrangements in advance... "

"The advert clearly says WIFI available, when we got there it was only in reception which is open for 2 hrs in the morning and 2 at night (if they came) and only one person in reception at a time, what a joke as i had to work whilst there. Also bed was broken which we complained about twice and were twice told it would be repaired, which never happened. never staying here again"

"The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. "We booked recently to go skiing and couldn’t have picked a better hotel! We reserved indoor parking, which cost 20€ per day, but was worth it. On arrival the staff were helpful and friendly, in fact everyone was lovely throughout our stay. The rooms were a reasonable size, with a shower and bath, which was welcome after a day on the slopes. The best things about the hotel are its position, which is a short walk to the gondola and the spa facilities. For 15€ each we could use the spa for an hour, which was fantastic! If you want a particular time, I’d even pre book this before you arrive as the more popular times, say 5 or 6pm, were fully booked. We ate in the buffet restaurant in the evening and were happy with the choice and quality of the food. We will return to Arinsal soon and this will definitley be our first choice for accommodation. "

Exceeded our expectations!

"We truly can’t complain—NH Collection was an outstanding experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with elegant interiors and top-notch facilities that add to the luxurious ambiance. Initially, we had booked a stay at the neighboring Sant Grant, but unfortunately, it was such a disappointment that we had to leave. Despite both hotels being rated four stars, the difference in quality, service, and overall experience was like night and day. NH Collection completely turned our trip around, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a refined and comfortable stay!"
