"This 2 bedroom and 2 bath was perfect for our family. The place smell good and it was clean, the area was also safe and pretty quiet during the night. You really have everything you need when looking for a vacation rental. Communication through e-mail was also good, it had all the information you needed from access to the house, where to find things and what to do the day of check out. I will definitely rent this place gain if we need too."

"This was the perfect place for our family to gather and relax during our son’s wedding weekend. It was located well, central to all of the venues for the weekend events and was the perfect size for 8 of us. Very clean and well-appointed. Was too cool to swim but the pool was beautiful and everything was well maintained. Host was prompt to respond when I had questions and very accommodating. I highly recommend this property!!"

"We stayed here for the beginning of our spring break, which also included my birthday. We had an amazing time. We caught a few fish, relaxed on the back porch, played lots of board games, and listened to the record player (great surprise). The weather was beautiful, even with the wind. He checked in after our first night to make sure everything was good. The area is great too. The nice quiet neighbourhood. "The property is accurately represented in the photos. Pat was responsive before and during our trip. The dining set up is not great for more than six people at once, between limited tight seating and limited numbers of dishes/silverware. My kids all loved the pool table and really wanted the pool to work out but the water and weather were just too chilly!"

"The owner was very flexible with me getting the house booked. Our initial stay had to be cancelled shortly before the trip due to the cold weather with possibility of ice in January and was very helpful in getting me in at a different date while helping in costs/refund."
