"The property was opened in November 2024 and is yet to restablish itself. When we were there in fwbruary 2025 there were very few other guests.It was spacious, clean and the rooms were well serviced. Breakfasts are minimal. There is a nice pool with nice view of the hills. Though some of the receptionists were helpful in contacting taxis they didnt seem to have a clue about sorting out a car rental and bringing in local food takeaways. "The location is absolutely perfect, just a short work to Princess Margaret Beach and restaurants along Admiralty Bay. The cottages were clean and well kept and the staff were very nice. You won't be disappointed with this one. "

"Really nice location. Very friendly reception staff. Room was beautiful, very well appointed with mini kitchen, full size fridge/freezer. Small supermarket on site which was great. Several dining options all of which were very good. Pool area is nice with several shaded options to hang out. Would highly recommend."

"It is a very nice property. Unfortunately there was only one sheet and the air was very cold, so I had bad nights, and turning up the temperature was risking mosquito bites. The mosquito net is not appropriate for the size of the bed. The bed needs a good adjustment and it makes a hard sound every time you move or sit down. "Wow. We left two days ago and I am still stressed by our stay there. It was horrible. This is NOT a hotel (I will file a complaint with hotels.com shortly). It is a rental home with no amenities. No shampoo, conditioner, minimal low quality soap, no maid servive, no trash removal, no breakfast for purchase. There is no beach, just rocks and trash.
