"The place was exactly as described and everything was fine: the place is very quiet, you have a very nice balcony large enough to take a meal, you can park your car and leave your bikes. You can ride to the market or the the harbour. Everything is close at hand. One thing could be improved though : the bed could be more comfy and larger (we're rather tall people). But that's really a detail in comparison with all the equipment made available: iron/ mixer/ beach mats... Everything you might need...

"Nous avons été très bien reçus par les propriétaires. L’appartement bien conçu est équipé à notre entière satisfaction. La literie est très confortable. Nous n’avons presque pas utilisé notre voiture restée au garage car tout est rapidement accessible à vélo. La plage située devant la résidence est très agréable et si grande que les vacanciers disposent d’une grande indépendance. Nous reviendrons très certainement !"

"Location good, property manager very good. But, i feel very certain that in your Expedia review of the property there was no mention of fees for bed linens and towels. Maybe i overlooked it, but that extra charge was a surprise to me. Plus..the property manager had no idea that Expedia is promoting 5he property and was not happy with that for some reason."

"We stayed at Mme Durbigny's apartment for a week. It is on the ground floor of her superb traditional Arcachonaise house set in a beautiful green garden. The neighborhood is residential, made up of villas and greenery. We didn't have a car, so it was useful to have a small grocery store a few minutes walk from the apartment. The beach, the nicest in Arcachon, was a ten minute walk. The town of Arcachon is a half an hour on foot, or a five minute ride by bus. There is a good cafe-bar-restaurant...

"Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Durch die Nähe zur Anlegestelle kann man bis Anfang September auch ganz schnell die tollen Atlantikwellen am Cap Feret besuchen. Natürlich ist die Wohnung nicht mehr ganz neu, aber in insgesamt gutem Zustand und definitiv gemütlich mit Aussicht auf die Bucht. Die Bäume vor den Fenstern sind etwas höher geworden, aber das stört noch nicht komplett."

"Appartement très pratique et propre. Bien équipé et bien placé pour une séjour dans le Cap Ferret. Idéal pour une famille avec 2 enfants. Communication très fluide avec Muriel, qui a su répondre à un besoin spécifique pendant notre séjour. Merci encore ! "

"Bel appartement neuf. Mobilier récent, dommage que la chambre parentale ne soit pas dans la plus grande pièce avec porte fenêtre et salle de bain attenante. Mais tout était conforme aux photos. Bon séjour dans cet appartement."
