Great place to stay
Mrs Lucy is a great hostess and she will try hard to make your time there the best possible. The hotel is great for the price and close to downtown. Hot water. Tv and wifi working without a problem. And the little restaurant on top very good and inexpensive.

La estadía ha sido buena. Una ubicación muy cerca al centro de la ciudad. Tienen servicio traslado aeropuerto/hospedaje y viceversa. Un lugar para pasarlo tranquilo.

Lugar estándar pero económico
Excelente ubicación como a 6 cuadras o menos de la plaza de armas. Fui con una amiga y fue agradable el lugar, todo lo que necesitas una cama cómoda, abrigadora y agua caliente. Desayuno limitado pero quedas satisfecho. Las personas fueron super amables y accedieron que dejáramos el equipaje mientras conocíamos la ciudad y al recoger las cosas nos dejaron tomar una ducha por un costo extra.

Inacceptable !
Comme à chaque fois au Pérou les réservations effectuées sur hôtel.com ne correspondent pas à notre choix initial ! Mais là, ce fût le pompon ! Heureusement que le chauffeur de taxi a eu la gentillesse d'appeler car nous serions resté devant la porte ! Alors que sur le site il est indiqué réception 24\24... Qu'elle ne fût pas notre surprise lorsque nous sommes rentrés dans la chambre. Agencement fait de brick et de broc, pas d'eau chaude, pas de chauffage et une salle de bain indescriptible... Nous avons passés une nuit affreuse, l'eau du chenaux s'écoulait juste devant la porte, faisant un bruit infernal. Ajoutez à cela le bruit de la circulation, vous comprenez dans quel environnement nous étions. Nous étions constamment enfermés à l'intérieur de l'hôtel par la gérante. Nous avons compris le lendemain que nous étions les seuls clients depuis longtemps... En visitant les autres chambres nous nous sommes rendus compte qu'elles étaient délabrées. L'hôtel est à l'état d'abandon. Le petit déjeuner fût improvisé par la propriétaire des lieux. Une table, deux chaises dans la salle donnant sur la rue bruyante. cet hôtel devrait être déréférencé par hôtel. com. C'est honteux de louer des chambres pareils ! Toutes les photos qui sont sur le site, ne correspondent en rien à la réalité des lieux.
