"We really enjoyed our stay at Dreams! The best part was the staff. They were so helpful and friendly even when they had to climb three flights of stairs to reach our room. They also surprised my boyfriend (and me) with a chocolate cake dessert with a candle for his birthday and all gathered around and sang "Happy Birthday" to him. The room was very nice with plenty of space and probably the most comfortable bed and pillows of any hotel I've been in this year (and I stay at lots of hotels). ...

"Did not like that they charged for any ice needed, any hot water. Did not have free coffee at the lobby. Did not want to honor 20% discount for food and beverage per our reservation details. "

"The rates for the amenities and service at the hotel are very good. The owner is wonderful and very accommodating. We almost didn't book here because of a review of the noisy street, but it did not bother us and as long as the shutters were closed we really didn't hear any of the street traffic. Very good breakfast every morning-fresh papaya and pineapple juice, yogurt, ham, cheese, Arequipan rolls, fresh fruit, eggs, coffee and tea. I was a little disappointed as the ad says every room opens...
