"The resort is located in the countryside and is gated which is very nice. Overall the room was in ok condition. However, given its location in the countryside there was a lot of spiders/webs in the room. The A/C was only able to cool the room to 25 degrees Celsius, which was a bit disappointing. Internet was working fine. Staff was very friendly and service was good. Breakfast was standard. We were there for one night stay."

"Stunning property. A place to relax with no need to leave. I loved the 8AM yoga, the amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the beautiful spa. There is not much to do in the area, the hotel is its own destination. We did a day trip to Barolo and it was perfect. "

"This is a hotel attached to a restaurant. Basic room, but it was roomy and was fine. The restaurant is a local restaurant that’s very popular with the locals. Good good snd good value. This is the type of restaurant that I look out for. Not touristy with good food and very good value. I would stay here again. "

"Das Hotel wirkt komplett vernachlässigt. Es ist sehr lieblos eingerichtet, der Frühstücksraum hat die Atmosphäre eine Bahnhofshalle. Das Frühstück bestand meist aus vom Vortag übrig gebliebenen Resten (die am nächsten Morgen noch genauso dort gestanden sind, zB Kuchen und Brot). Es gab ausschließlich Marmelade, auf meine Frage nach Butter meinte die Hausherrin "nein, die hab ich nicht". Die Matratze im Bett war durchgelegen und desolat. "Das Appartment ist top, genau wie auf den Fotos, man hat alles was man benötigt. 2 kleine Reklamationen wurden von Federico sofort behoben, danke dafür !Allerdings hatten wir während den 2 Wochen sehr sehr laute Nachbarn im Appartment über uns, gefühlt war dort Party ohne Ende. An der Geräuschisolation müsste eventuell gearbeitet werden."

"Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in famiglia con due cani. Struttura appena ristrutturata, di ottimo pregio. Sarebbe tutto perfetto se non per due dettagli... Il portasaponetta, se apro la saponetta non so dove riporla, la doccia, l'assenza della porta fa sì che il bagno si allagghi leggermente e il bagno un po' piccolo. Ottimo il personale, professionale e disponibilissimo. Grazie torneremo sicuramente."
