"We only stayed 1 night at this hotel. We arrived late last night and had to be away early in the morning. Nice friendly and efficient check in. The reception area is lovely and bright. Our room was nice and clean, bright but there was only 1 small convection heater in the room - so the room was not very warm. On top of that there seems to be no heating in the bathroom at all. No underfloor heating, radiators or even towel rail. It was -3 outside the hotel - so the bathroom was absolutely...
