"Don't be put off any the tired exterior of Grove House. The apartment is well presented, well equipped though you must be prepared to climb 38 steps to get to this attic location. The upside is breathtaking views of the sea. Low star for communication is that although owner lives in ground floor there is no attempt to make personal contact. Odd."

"Lovely bright, warm flat. Very well equipped for a comfortable stay. It’s right in the centre of Rothesay so everything is on your doorstep.It’s on the second floor which was a challenge for our elderly dog but it means that you have a great view from the bay window in the living room.A previous review mentioned a lack of parking outside. "This property is a dump!! When we arrived it had not been cleaned from the previous rental. It is in a run down neighborhood in a run down building with many steps from the street to the unit. The bathroom was in poor condition aside from the cleanliness issue. Find something else, you have been warned!!"
