"Loved this hotel, however cleanliness in the bathroom was a little bit of an issue. Found a lot of hair on walls floors and sink on arrival. Apart from that, location good, room service great, comfortable bed. Will stay again but will check cleanliness and report back next time if needed. "

"This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The hotel is pet friendly, which was why I booked it. I did feel that the surcharge of £30 was a bit high, but then you do get a comprehensive goody bag for your pet. The reception staff were fantastic once again, providing a silky smooth check in. My only gripe is the £10 parking fee. I feel that if you are staying at the hotel this should be wavered. Will definitely stay here again."

"Great location in the heart of the town centre, warm friendly, professional and efficient welcome. There are pleasant communal areas, yet there is no bar or restaurant; the only food and drink available is from vending machines. The rooms are very compact, yet are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a pleasant place to be, however, there is no space for a chair or desk. I booked a room with a window, yet, my room had only a window with obscured glass so I might as well had reserved a room...

"Service was great a the hotel is newly decorated and clean. Didn’t use the spa but looks good. Minor gripes were that the reception staff were not always there and the extra key ‘card machine’ was not especially simple. The TV had unusual channels and I would have liked more comfortable chairs in the bedroom. Otherwise, a good value hotel with a great shower."

"Good stay, very warm welcome at check in. Hotel was busy being new years eve, on check in due to staff shortage, we were told room may not be ready. However, staff did everything possible to get room prepared on time. Room nice and bed was comfortable. "
