"We arrived to the warmest of welcomes and that continued through out our stay. Becca and Richard couldn’t do enough for us. Our room was clean and comfortable. The food was good and home cooked. They were happy to make anything we asked for regardless of if it was on the menu. They took the time to make friends with us and when we left we felt like we were saying goodbye to friends. "

"Wonderful, friendly welcome and very well trained staff - just the right balance of attention and interaction. Very comfortable with quality surrounding us. Food excellent with a detailed explanation of dishes & wines. Lovely views over the Loch and walks within the grounds. Expedia had failed to pass on our booking to the hotel so we were not expected but staff recognised it was Expedia's failure but even so were apologetic and upgraded our room !"
