We had a lovely relaxing week in November in this impeccably renovated and decorated 200 year old cottage which has original features blended with all the modern comforts you could need including underfloor heating and a cosy stove for evenings around the fire. The cottage itself is set in the rolling County Down hills with glimpses of the Mourne Mountains in the distance on winding walks around the quiet roads. We also enjoyed star gazing on the terrace...

"We stayed from Monday through to Sunday; 2 adults, 12 years old daughter and 2 dogs. We had a thoroughly lovely stay here with quiet surrounds, fresh eggs for breakfast and loads of space for the dogs to run around. We spent a little time initially ensuring the dogs couldn't get out the huge garden because of the sheep and horses that live around you (and who add to the feeling of "being away from it all" ) and they were then free to enjoy their holiday too! "We stayed 3 nights at the cottage and we can honestly say it was faultless. The cottage is done out beautifully with everything you need and is spotlessly clean. The hot tub which Conner set up for us every evening was a God send after biking all day! The location is also stunning and very peaceful if you are wanting rest and relaxation. Conner and Sophie are excellent hosts and even had two cold beers waiting for us on arrival which was a lovely touch Gorgeous cottage in an idyllic location...

"Lovely apartment. We had a really nice few days here. No allocated parking, but we never had a problem finding a space close by. Good to have a shop so close (literally under our feet.)
