"You are staying on a boat on land however it was modernised with flushing toilets and hot water and heating. Hosts Lynette and Angus were lovely and could not do enough for us, loved our welcome treats and nice touches throughout the boat. Perfect for a couple with medium size dog. Would give Hope to be back again. Thank you for the amazing stay "

"Very nice, nice cottage. Water and plants everywhere, could use some gravel on the driveway. This was disclosed in the information, but going slowly was the ticket. Washer and dryer was great we stayed for a week and with a load we were ready for the next stay. Being 70 liked the fact of no stairs."

"This cottage has been beautifully renovated to a high spec, and the hosts haven't skimped on things like cutlery or pans. It's great to stay in and can easily be more than just a place to sleep. Strachur is small but spread out, and this cottage is more or less opposite the village shop, so really convenient, and it's easy to find and park at.
