"Extremely good location in the middle of all the major monuments--minutes from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, the Vatican and Colosseum are ~30 minute walks (in opposite directions). The staff was fantastic, very accommodating and responsive. If you're looking for a high-end hotel experience, look elsewhere since the building is historic (e.g. janky elevator), but if you're looking for a base to explore the highlights of Rome at a very reasonable price for the area, it's hard to do...

"Overall a great stay in a great hotel in a great location in Rome. It was close to a lot of the things we wanted to see and it was an easy jumping off point to see the rest of the city. The man who checked us in was one of the best. He already had all of our rooms ready and everything set up so we could check in quick and easy. "

The immediate area is a great walking area with easy taxi access. Lots of shops and cafes. Just a bridge over from the city centre. I would absolutely stay here again. Pia was so friendly and assisted us with whatever we needed. "

"This economical quaint and slightly quirky property was situated in a fabulous location- within walking distance of St. Peter’s, the Campo di Fiori, and many other major sightseeing destinations. It also was well served by bus transportation with two convenient stops nearby. Breakfast was an added cost but specially priced for February. Staff were always helpful during their daytime hours. "
