Only negative was that the room was so hot, and there didn't seem to be any way of controlling it. My room looked out on to an inner courtyard so not a lot of natural light coming in. The front facing options perhaps better in this regard. Overall i would recommend."

"Very difficult for parking but not only this property sinceはは it's in central. We stayed with kids and mini dog for 9 nights and loved their interior and enough space to feel comfortable. One thing note that there's no grills and oven only microwave/electric kettle/coffee maker so you cannot cook except microwave meals or warm it up. Except kitchen, commute was very good, carrefour xpress and restaurants are 2-5mins walk and central/old city, Tampa telecabina/mountain areas and property owner...

"great location on the edge of the Old City plaza however the sofa bed was NOT comfortable and basic repairs could have been done. door was hard to lock and toilet seat was not screwed in place properly and very wobbly. Main bed was comfortable according to my roommate. Did have a washing machine which was great though I didn't need to use it for the night we were there. "

"Im extremely disappointed with my experience in this place. I made a reservation for one night : I paid and then made an electronic check-in. I was supposed to arrive at 2pm. I was supposed to get an e-mail from Ella with the access code to enter the apartment and never got an answer on time. "There were some cosmetic things that needed to be done like the hallway before you entered the apartment needed to be patched up because in the ceiling there was a hole in it . And one of the bathrooms after someone used the Toliet it left a bad smell and the address when trying to find the apartment the first time took us to the wrong place until I had to contact the landlord to get the address overall the place was nice and had a nice view"

As older folks we took our time carrying bags up a courtyard staircase to the second floor apartment. Great location in the middle of Old Town walking streets. Let Anca know if you arrive by driver so he lets you off at nearest walking street drop iff…easy."
