"Exactly as described. We had a small youth group retreat. The basement area with bunk room, showers/bathroom and living area was perfect for our girls. The main floor with its less private bunk and showers/bathroom worked great for the boys. Having two separate living areas was nice. The kitchen is small but has full stove with over and refrigerator. This cabin is on a large campus where we could use a bonfire area, outdoor basketball court, Gaga ball ring, etc. Property hosts were helpful...

"Fish Trap is a great place to get away and enjoy peace and quiet but also close enough to town to enjoy Blue Ridge and all its shops and restaurants. Brian the host is great. Quick to respond to any questions you might have. All you need to bring is your clothing and food. Anything you possible need is furnished. We have stayed here 2 times and will be coming back."

"The house was amazing with lots of room for our group of ladies. The house was close to town but located in a quiet wooded area with beautiful views. Because we are all in our seventies, we did not know how to operate the You Tube TV. We all agreed that it would be nice to have a notebook for renters that included important information when checking in and checking out, restaurants, grocery stores, etc."

"The house is very pretty with lots of room and activies! It is a close drive to Blue Ridge and many trails. The short walk down the driveway to the river was nice. The host was very easy to communicate with! We brought our 2 senior dogs with us, and we were welcomed with dog treats in the pantry. Overall, it was a great stay!"
