"This property is exactly as listed and is in the heart of downtown Frankfort. You can walk to shops and restaurants or eat in using the well stocked kitchen. Parking was not an issue for us, but we stayed in the fall when it is less busy, so I imagine if you have more than one vehicle in your party it could be harder in the summer season. The views of Betsie Bay are awesome to wake up to and the beach and trails are right out the door. We will definitely stay here again. "

"For 39 years in October we have stayed in Manistee or Onekama to celebrate our anniversary. Never get tired of it. Friendly communities, convenient to TC, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Leland, Suttons Bay and sou h more. Great escape."

"This condo was great other than it had a musty smell and even turning the air conditioner on didn’t help. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. "

"The pots, and pans were not great. The dinner plates were not very nice. There should be a washer and dryer. The water temperature could have been much hotter. We could not find any news channels on the tv."

"Overall the property was exactly what we needed for the weekend. We had one issue with a rug and the manager of the property was easy to get ahold of and willing to help up figure it out. "

They provide clean, comfortable, convenient accommodations that are central to all Up North attractions. The elevator to the parking garage is great for older folks. The kitchen and bedrooms have everything you’ll need. The large screen TV and fireplace make rainy days comfy. This place is a gem!"
