"This is a lovely manor, and although signs of age are evident, it appears the owners are working towards complete restoration. It's close to plenty of what Minden has to offer, very convenient to stores, gasoline. I'm here for a church conference and I'm just 3 minutes away. I was able to select what I want for breakfast; hope it's good."

"Secluded and quiet but close enough to get to either Shreveport or Ruston. We rode up Hwy 519 to check Lake Claiborne and Homer. Then back down to Minden. Very scenic."

"Very simple, clean, and organized space ideal for a family stay. We enjoyed a using the grill to prepare Thanksgiving dinner, the dogs loved the backyard, and we did not have to leave to do laundry after our week long stay. Host was very accomodating for check in and through I ut our stay."
