"We loved staying here. The bed was very comfortable and the room location was quiet. We arrived later than expected and the host called to check on us which was very nice. We made arrangements for the key. It is actually around the corner from where TomTom took us, so if using that system just continue until end of road and turn left and it is there on the left. Parking is across the street. After a good night's sleep he met us in the morning to take us to a place nearby for breakfast. We could...

"We stayed in ground floor accomodation. Problem with lounge area. Not private. Sofa bed for sleeping 3rd person had no privacy. Lounge and kitchen open to all those occupying floors above ours as they entered building from street level front door. No wall or door to give privacy which was rather disconcerting. Also no security for personal property. Although we had private bedroom for two and private bathroom the description of the property was not as advertised. "

"Room/bathroom very nice. Noisy with people coming in at 1 am, 2 am and early morning making coffee etc. All rooms lead onto breakfast area/ entrance but location good for beaches and good restaurants near by. Worked for me "

"The Staff was very welcoming, rooms spotless, and for the sweet lovers you also have free candies in the room. We had the luxury of having a hammock in the terrace which was very welcome in the morning when the sun is starting to shine"

"Hi, this was a new B&B, which had just opened when we went. As a result it was a little 'all over the place'. The first night there was banging and things were being dropped until 1am, so sleep was out of the question(it was quite the rest of the days). There was no cleaner, so although the room was clean when we got there, after 5 days of no cleaning it was disgusting - sand everywhere and the bin had overflown several days ago. "You need to know that the villa is not crowded in with other vacation places in the area- it stands apart and alone above the Mediterranean. All the amenities are very good- pool is excellent! The beach is walking distance and great. Food is more of a problem as the kitchen is not set up for lots of fine cooking; there are good restaurants but know these are mostly 20-30 minutes away by car. Overall my freinds and I thought this was a superb stay."

Spectacular Views and Service

"My husband and I stayed at Le Dune Piscinas, and from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out, we were constantly treated with amazing service. The beach views were the best part of the property, and the room we booked was very comfortable. It felt like we were in a James Bond movie, with feelings of exclusivity and quiet, as well as romance. The dunes that the hotel is situated in are incredibly beautiful and I think the best way to enjoy is by staying at the hotel. Our only regret is that we didn’t see more of it (we had a short stay). Finally, the restaurant was probably the best meal we had in Sardinia on our trip. Guests must, must make a dinner reservation and sit by the beach—you won’t be sorry ☺️. Every detail about this hotel is incredible. And if you don’t believe me, just book a room and see for yourself."
