"We were booked for the weekend- Thu, Fri and Sat nights… the room was in front of the lift so all the bus groups kept coming in and out very loudly very early each morning. Rooms are modern and clean however some bit were off like the light in the toilet was hanging over the basin. There was a green square on the wall behind the Tv which doesn’t make sense and there a powerful smell of freshener everywhere. Asked housekeeping to not to use during or stay and the didn’t. It took forever to get food and a long wait (30 min.) to get coffee after dinner. A hotel with this stature should offer an excellent service all around. "
