"We loved this place; we did not expect it from the outside to be as great as it was. Security to get inside and having to go through XRAY and metal detectors was new for us. Check in was swift and easy the doormen and bell boys were very nice. We did not have a good experience with the breakfast; There is a sign stating a dress code that wasn't enforced. People were in the pjs the wait for breakfast was pretty long in which they offered for us to sit in the prism lounge which we obliged to do....

"Like: The staff was fantastic! Easy access to all areas. Dislike: Need more lights at the back while going out to main street coz when you are coming back to the hotel, it's not safe. "

"The room was clean and the staff was great. The pool and patio area was very nice and peaceful, and provided a great area outside your room to relax. My only problem with the resort was my shower pressure was terrible. The water was nice and hot but just a trickle. If I got up early or late at nice the pressure was just a little better."
