"Fiz minha reserva via "hoteis.com", e no campo observações extras da reserva, solicitei vinho e chocolares no quarto, para fazer uma surpresa. Para minha surpresa... zero... nada foi feito... Na mesma hora eu fui até o balcão onde fui informado que esta informação não havia sido entregue ao hotel para preparação dos itens extras. Imaginei que pelo incoveniente o responsável preparesse algo em outro quarto, ou sugerisse algo de cortesia... mas simplesmente nada foi feito."
