"Location was perfect. Quiet. King bed soft Queen firm. Property had a fair amount of wear and tear. Carpet staining; Bulbs out upstairs light; holes in doors, outlet for coffee maker out left of sink, bedding thin. No staples- salt pepper etc; bought and left there . Can light out in kitchen,no bakeware in kitchen. I didn’t mind and we made it work. I would still stay here if we needed to bc it ticked all the boxes for what we needed"

"We were able to arrive earlier than regular check in time which we appreciated. Upon arrival the house was spotless and exactly as advertised. The area is historic but transitional, some houses on the street were well kept, others a bit run down. It was very quiet and peaceful at night. The description states there is 1 bathroom, however the main cover page says 2 bathrooms. There is only one. My mom wants to come back with my dad and stay here again. "

"Such a wonderful stay. Home was in a great location with a private dock for fishing or boat landing. Large home with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for a large family. There were several areas for games, watching tv or hanging out. The house was also well stocked and had two BBQ grills, charcoal and gas. We had a memorable time and highly recommend. "
