"A true 4 star property. Stayed for 8 nights and was told my room would be only cleaned/serviced once, mid-week…however, it was never cleaned for the entire 8 nights. Towels were flimsy and this was made obvious compared to the rest of the finishes which reflected a true 4 star quality. Room had a kitchen with dish soap/sponges/dishes/pots/utensils/dish washer/etc. No paper towels were provided. Staff was friendly and I was able to secure an early checkin for an additional fee. However, this may not be the most convenient option for families traveling with young children, as the nearest metro station is at least a 15-minute walk. Additionally, the hotel doesn’t seem to have been designed with a kid-friendly approach in mind.
