"I was happy with the stay other than the strict parking. It’s a shame that la hacienda just lets this tow company pray on people. My friend stopped by briefly and got his car towed which is ridiculous because there is so many free parking spots. I can understand if a car was parked there for more than 24 hours but his car was there for just a couple hours if that. People coming to this hotel are coming here because it’s affordable; they can’t afford to pay the tow yard fees which was almost $500 plus it goes up every hour it’s in the tow yard. Crooks "

"no parking available/provided by hotel, would have booked with other properties. $51 a day via Valet only is reasonable for some, but not for most. other than that, stay is great, no lock on bathroom door is kind of unpleasant, especially in a double queen bed room that is usually shared with 3 others."
