Very close to restaurants and shopping but walking isn't really an option because the neighborhood leads to a busy road with no sidewalks. Very inexpensive uber ride just about anywhere though. "Overall, I will give this spot 4/5 only because it could use a little TLC but, it is all minor! The yard is super quant and cozy. My wife and I used this spot for our small elopement. We had just around 25 people at the ceremony, food was catered in. The spot was just the perfect size for an event like this! The beach is a 5 minute drive over. "

"We almost don’t want others to know what a great spot this is! Very relaxing, only moved car once over a four night stay. Well equipped, location is optimal. Had all toiletries and a loaded keurig coffee station Wasn’t a problem for us, but stairs were on the steep side if mobility is a concern. Keyless entry was great! "

"This is the perfect location with lots of space. My family and I were quite comfortable staying here. The only drawback is that the unit isn't the most child friendly as there is a steep spiral staircase we didn't know about until we got there. Additionally, for whoever stays in the room with the queen bed, privacy could be an issue as guests staying in the room with the king bed will need to pass through the room with the queen bed to get to the kitchen downstairs.
