"For a quick stay near LU, this was a comfortable duplex apartment. Having the extra half bath was nice for our family. There were extra linens, a washer and dryer, and vizio tv that we made use of. The only thing that could have been better was if the apartment had been aired out and Fabreezed before we arrived. The previous guests must have cooked something that was rather strong, but it wasn’t bad enough to complain about. It eventually lessened. Everything worked, the beds were comfortable,...

"We had a wonderful stay here. Upon entering, we were welcomed with a tidy living room, kitchen clean and fresh flowers. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer available and though we brought our own detergent, they did have some available. There were plenty of towels available to us, a family of 6. "We stayed at the Candy Apple for a wedding and the house was spacious enough to accommodate our whole group. It is large and kid friendly. We appreciated how open and clean it was. There was not any clutter or things we were afraid our children would break or mess up. We felt able to just "be" which was very nice. "

"Great little house for the weekend. Laundry, 1.5 baths. Good beds. The house did not have electricity the first day on one section of the house (living room, light entrance). Second night, the electricity went off by the bathroom (we had to use it in complete darkness with our lantern) and kitchen. We had to find the panel and turn it on. After I used the laundry and the microwave, it went off again. If they fixed that issue, the house is perfect for a visit to the students at Liberty."

"The check in was easy and we had such a good time! It was 13 folks who all came together to pray. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit, it was well stocked! The cabin beds were so comfy and the walk to the restrooms was not long at all. Kitchens were both small but the owner had told us beforehand! The one in the house offered a bar that we all gathered around many times! Everyone liked the beds, which is hard to accomplish! Thank you so much for your awesome hospitality!!"

"Group of 9 ladies stayed here for a conference in Lynchburg. The host was amazing, answering my 5 million questions. The house was clean and the master bed was sooooooo comfortable. There were so many special touches that made us feel so very welcome! It was 20 min from Lynchburg and was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle. Everyone loved the house! "

"nice place to stay. Communication not as good before, but became better and didn't hinder the stay. Would have been nice to have garbage cans in the bathroom, more listing of what is in the kitchen (it was more bare bones than I'm used to) and enough plate/cups for the number of people that you can host. Most things only had 4. But I would stay here again. It was a very comfy and enjoyable house."
