"Had a family room in the annexe overlooking the river. Very spacious for us and the dog. The only negatives a bigger fridge would have been nice for a week's stay. And there was workmgoing on at the building next door so a bit noisy but would definitely stay again"

Second time to this magical little town..and will be coming again for sure. Property on seaward side of Irsha Street and like all the others that side of the street it gave straight onto the estuary with dramatic views every day, and wonderful sunsets."

"The cottage is very cosy and comfortable. It is clean and well maintained. It was actually larger than we imagined it would be. It is located in a lovely small town and right on the quay with beautiful views across to Instow beach and the Devon countryside . Communication with Derek the host was first class and we were welcomed with some lovely gifts.We look forward to returning to this little gem again. "
