Breakfast at the The Royal George, just a short walk away, was a brilliant start to the day, locally sourced ingredients expertly cooked, absolutely delicious. Definitely the best place to stay in Appledore."

"Only thing id say is the glasses were not clean. We actually parked down the road as we didn't relaise where the hotel car park was but was £5.50 for 24 hrs. Lovely hotel and staff were very friendly Definitely stay again."

The rooms are very nice, clean and well decorated, accessed via a small flight of stairs around the back, away from any noise of the pub main building. Plenty of guest car parking, very good food and drinks at decent prices and friendly helpful staff. would stay here again and recommend to others. Excellent choice form the breakfast menu and it was all good."
