"This is a lovely old hotel. A great place to stay for visiting the Isle of Skye and surrounding area. It is an old building so floors and doors creak. But the rooms are clean and comfortable and staff helpful. Breakfast is included. And if you so desire you can eat in the restaurant- not chefs hat but a good evening meal."

"Beautiful location! The single rooms are really tiny - about the size of a single college dorm room. Single bed, with very little room around it. Biggest problem - there is no elevator, so you have to haul your luggage up the stairs to the 2nd or 3rd floor. Helped one set of women with their luggage. When I offered to the same for another, she wisely determined that, at age 67, I might keel over and decided to struggle though herself! Excellent food at the hotel. Any other restaurants are a fair drive away."

"The Dunollie Hotel was an absolutely fabulous find. It is located right on the water. The restaurant and bar on site is a plus to have. The staff at the reception, as well as the eating and drinking establishments were so friendly and accommodating. The immediate parking in the back is a bit scary; highly recommend parking in the side lots right off the main street. The hotel is close to a couple of fun bars and restaurants if you want to venture off the premise. Highly recommend if you can get a room; it's a very popular and wondeful hotel."

"Very very grateful for the staff here. We unfortunately got in late, and should have called ahead. Luckily someone heard us knocking on the door, and they checked us in after it was closed! Thank God - or we would have been sleeping in the car. Huge shoutout again to this hotel and for helping us out in such a pinch!"
