"WATCH OUT!!!! This property, and the people we interacted with for the reservation via Expedia, was a total scam. It starts with attractive photos on both Expedia and Hotels.com, but quickly gets sketchy with cryptic emails and texts regarding the reservation, payment and property details. Unfortunately, our trip was somewhat last minute, so we didn't have many local options for Skye, but this property / representatives were the absolute worst. STAY AWAY!!!"

"This property is beautiful and well kept, the owner sent all access info in advance and when we arrived the property was clean warm and stocked with essentials. This was our second stay at the log cabins and we will DEFINITELY come back again."

"Had a lovely stay in Shiskine! The only thing I worried about was the proximity to the road but so few cars drove by, especially at night, that it is no problem at all. Peaceful and quiet. The tiny house/pod is just as promised in the pictures. I had a fantastic time exploring the surroundings of the lighthouse and of course all the beaches nearby. The beach below the property was basically a private one (in October), as I only saw a couple of other people once."

"Delightful, quirky property with everything needed for a short stay. The host was very welcoming and even left us a bottle of wine and some fudge. He also came out to meet us on the road just to make sure we didn't miss the entrance. We very much enjoyed our stay, especially the quiet location which was only a short drive to the centre of Broadford. The bed was comfortable and we particularly liked the luxury linen. "We spent a wonderful week in Moriston Cottage despite the rain. Everything was very clean and the cottage is very well equipped, we had everything we needed. There is everything in the kitchen if you want to cook and lots of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The beds are very comfortable. "We LOVED this property and would definitely stay again if we were in the area. The room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It was a great location to walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and even the water. We had no issues parking and the staff were very friendly as well. It was a quiet place and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend! "

A beautiful cabin on a hill..

"We had a wonderful stay for a couple of nights at Bracken Hide. Everyone we met were super friendly and nice. We liked our cabin, nice view and cosy. We paid for the breakfast and it was great. They had a set menu to choose from. There were a lot of choices. We ordered the Scottish breakfast the first day and Eggs Benedict the next. Made to order cappuccino and hot chocolate. The area was a nice base to explore the rest of Isle of Skye. You have to walk a little bit to get to your cabin from the parking lot and from the restaurant but they offer to take your luggage in their golf cart. Will return again. "
