"Great location and place for our 6 adult couples to stay for a long weekend and celebrate 35yrs of friendship with a big Friendsgiving meal. The fully stocked kitchen, large table, 5 bedrooms, pullout couch and 4 bathrooms provided all the space we needed to not only enjoy time together but also allowed us space to spread out as well. "The Mt. Pleasant Lodge is an incredible property complete with every amenity imaginable. The pool, hot tub and game room were a huge hit; there was something for everyone. Rose is an incredible hostess and went out of her way to leave balloons and cookies for my mom’s birthday. The s’more kit was incredible. I highly recommend and hope to return again!!"

"This property was one of my favorites that we’ve stayed at..the lake, the secluded area, and even the horse drawn carriage rides really topped it off for a romantic evening away. Everything was clean and me, and even had a full kitchen. The front office would even start a fire for you if requested in the fire pit outside. "

The listing showed two bedrooms but three beds, which we thought would be perfect for the five of us gals. However, one of the beds was actually a sleeper sofa, which we did not find comfortable.
