"This has upgraded modern amenities that many places lack: espresso maker, Dyson hairdryer, mini shampoo/soaps, directions posted on everything so one doesn’t have to struggle on how to use an appliance, CLEAN!, great location. Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer. Thank you!!"

"The property was double booked. Our payment went through the night before, after which the host would've received a message. However, sadly it was beyond this individual to let us know right away and instead they just left us swinging, waiting for access details they were never going to send. We spent ages trying to get in touch with them, including a 10-minute call to VRBO in the USA. When we finally managed, they simply told us we couldn't get in and to just ask for a refund. Utterly...
