"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

"This was a great apartment for our 5 night Milan trip. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and worked great for our family of 5. "Took a chance and got lucky with this property! We had two couples that stayed here, so the fact that there were 2 full baths was a huge plus! The apartment was decorated nicely with updated furniture and the bathrooms were also nice. The AC was cold which is a huge plus when it is hot outside and there is even 2 different thermostats for each room. The host greeted us, gave us a tour of the place and had a whole booklet with recommendations for our stay. Location is great, less than a 2 minute...

"Wow!! The views from the apartment were unbelievably gorgeous! The balcony was big and overlooked the water. The beds were comfortable and there was a washer to get our clothes clean. The management gave detailed directions on arrival procedures. I would recommend printing them out before you leave so you have them handy. The little town is so sweet. The food was delicious and it has a ferry stop. I highly recommend staying at this lovely apartment!"
